William C. Sullivan grew up in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse for his undergraduate work. Upon graduation, Billy returned to New York to work at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as a trial preparation analyst.

After a year at the Manhattan DA’s office, he decided to pursue a career as an attorney and attended Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.  For his final year of law school,  he  returned to Syracuse to attend the Syracuse University College of Law as a visiting student. Connecting with Upstate New York, Billy remained in Syracuse and established his law practice in 1996.

Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice before all the courts of New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
